SearchWide was founded in 1999 with the idea that recruiting top executives is the most important denominator in building thriving and successful travel and tourism organizations. Our initial efforts focused on the recruitment of sales and marketing executives for destination marketing organizations, convention centers, and hotels and resorts. Our sustained success in finding and placing candidates and creating and maintaining long-term relationships has significantly impacted our ability to expand into our next decade.
